Paintings in the Wunderkammer series offer diverse collections of wonder, like a cabinet of curiosities. Each work focuses on a specific taxonomy such as plants, corals, butterflies, nudibranchs, fishes, as well as constellations. The variations and diversity within taxa are explored a circular format that simultaneously references a cell, planet, or target. While the subjects reference categories in the natural world, the artist also plays with imagined and invented forms.
